General Race Info: Pre Entry Check-In: When you arrive at the race, be sure to stop by the office to check-in and pick-up your PROGRAM & FORMULA 707 WELCOME BAG!! When you do this, you will be entered in the drawings and eligible for extra goodies! We will announce winners throughout the weekend. All awards must be redeemed at the race. Stalls: Stalls will be available after 4:30 P.M. on FRIDAY. Stalls are VERY limited on site and sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Please come to the entry office so we can direct you to your stalls. We're asking that you please clean your stalls when you leave! We must charge an extra $10 for any stall that is not stripped clean because that’s what it costs us if we are charged and have to clean them. NO cleaning of trailers in the parking areas. This is a wonderful PRIVATE FACILITY AND WE ASK EVERYONE TO RESPECT IT. HEALTH REQUIREMENTS: If you are traveling within Colorado, you must have a current health certificate. If you are traveling into Colorado, you must have a current health certificate as well as a current negative coggins test. A brand inspection is also recommended. These are just some guidelines. You should talk with your veterinarian about specific requirements for your State. CO State Veterinarian Office: 303-239-4161. WE DO NOT check your paperwork or require that you have it — only recommend it. In the case of a horse(s) needing veterinary attention & deemed to pose a serious health threat to other horses, owners will be asked to remove it from the premises.
Entry Office: The entry office will be located upstairs in the Indoor Arena. Hours are 8 am to 6 pm daily. Full western attire is required for all classes except practice runs (hat or helmet, long sleeve shirt and boots or heels down).
All fees and entries paid for at the race are CASH ONLY. Once entries close – there will be NO refunds for any reason. ** ROLL-TIME – DUE TO THE SHEER SIZE OF THIS RACE WE ENCOURAGE ROLL TIMES. This MUST BE DESIGNATED BEFORE the Open 4D begins. If nothing is designated, your time will NOT be rolled.

Concessions on site. BIG DRAGS WILL TAKE PLACE AFTER EVERY 50 RUNNERS & REMEMBER THAT THERE IS NO CIRCLING ALLOWED. WE ASK THAT ALL CONTESTANTS SIGN OUR THANK YOU PHOTOS AT THE OFFICE ON MONDAY AFTERNOON. THESE ARE FOR OUR TREMENDOUS SPONSORS WITHOUT WHOM THERE WOULD BE NO SUPER RACE. Please try and redeem your AWARDS here at the race. If you need to leave early and think you might get one, it would help out immensely if you could find someone who can pick it up for you.
